Presentation 2010

The Municipality of Miraflores (Lima, Peru) was the venue for the 5th edition of the City and Values Forum on 7 September 2010 in an intensive one-day event. It was held in the City Council Assembly Hall. The Forum’s core value was “Citizen co-existence in public places”.

The Forum was organised by the Mayor’s Office of the Municipality of Miraflores and Bilbao Metropoli-30, and with the collaboration of the Basque Government’s External Affairs department and Innobasque, the Basque Innovation Agency.

The agreement between the Municipality of Miraflores and Bilbao Metropoli-30 was signed in the City Council’s Assembly Hall on 5 February. The act was presided over by Miraflores Mayor, Dr. Manuel Masías Oyanguren. Also present were representatives of the Basque Government’s External Affairs department, as a witness of honour and Innobasque, the Basque Innovation Agency, as collaborating institution.
