Presentation 2009
The IV City & Values Forum, organised jointly by the Mayor’s Office in Bogota and the Association, was held 29 September of 2010 in the Colombian capital. Under the central banner of Confidence, this value was addressed together with the following issues: institutions, security, economic progress and social development. Within the framework of the Bogota Forum, the Basque-American Network of City & Values was created for organising the Forums, as well as seminars, courses and strategic think-tanks for promoting the development of cities. In addition, it will be an extremely useful tool for giving continuity to the experiences and conclusions from prior Forums.
The Forum was attended by delegates from social and business circles in both Bogota and other Latin American cities, as well as by Basque companies, amongst which are Idom and Sener.
